Services Provided

AdelzadehAccounting and Taxation Professional Corporation offers professional services including, but not limited to:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Tax Planning & Compliance

• Business Advisory

• Payroll Management

• Virtual CFO Services

Each service engagement will be governed by a separate Service Agreement detailing scope, fees, and responsibilities.

User Responsibilities

When using our site or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information

• Not misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spreading malware)

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be solely responsible for any activity under your account

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement

• Invoices are payable within 7–14 days from the date of issue

• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee

• Service suspension may occur for non-payment beyond 30 days

• Fees are non-refundable unless stated in writing

Confidentiality

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement

• Keep all client data confidential

• Use information solely for service delivery

• Sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) upon request

Exceptions include where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal and business data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We use encrypted platforms and secure systems to safeguard your information.

By using our services, you consent to:

• Data collection and processing as needed for service delivery

• Cloud-based storage with trusted third-party software partners (e.g., QuickBooks, Verifyle)

Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use or recommend third-party tools (e.g., accounting software, payment platforms). We are not liable for the performance or security of such third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Adelzadeh (CPA) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
